New Cookies Coming

If you've been following the Mama T Bakes journey for a while, you may have noticed the recharger cookie was stopped a little while ago. In short, it just wasn't to the standard we were looking for and despite multiple revisions, the combination we were looking for just didn't come. But last week, specifically in the early hours before a market, inspiration struck and we have a new contender for the title of Mama T's best cookie (I can only say contender because the granola rounds have a fearsome fanbase).

Did you know the very first cookie we made was a lactation cookie? This was prior to the website launch and was only sold locally. We're sticklers for standards and ended up not taking it further at the time because we couldn't get the chocolate chips perfect... but we may have found a solution! This is honestly one of my favourite parts of the process. It's frustrating and time consuming- so, so time consuming!- and might not yield anything for ages, then suddenly you strike upon something that's love at first bite!

After all of this time, we're now looking at launching two new cookies! A nutty vegan treat, and the lactation boosting big sister! So stay tuned for these delights in the next couple of weeks when they will be live on the website 😍
